Ms. Nayantara Palchoudhuri

Ms. Nayantara Palchouduri holds Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Political Science and was awarded University Gold Medal and the National Scholarship. She has also done M.A. in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London) and M. Phil (Research Degree) from the London School of Economics & Political Science where she was awarded the Metcalfe Scholarship. She has more than 22 years of experience in operations and management of tea estates in North Bengal. She is presently serving as the honorary Counsel for Norway in Eastern Region. She is also the Chairperson of the North Bengal Branch and Council member of the Tea Research Association and President of the Indo British Scholars Association. She is also associated with several social Associations.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Aggarwal

Mr Ashok Kumar Aggarwal is a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Regional Engineering College (now National Institute of Technology), Kurukshetra.  He has a vast and rich experience of about 34 years in designing of drive system for industrial plants (at BHEL, Bangalore), commissioning of drive & automation system for Steel plants (at BHEL, Bokaro SAIL site), installation & operation of Hot Strip Mill (at ESSAR, Hazira), Operation & Maintenance of Hot & Cold Rolling Mills and Logistics & Production Planning. He has led the team for installation of largest and most modern Hot Strip Mill in India, revamp of Hot Strip Mill – 1 to increase capacity from 2.0 MTPA to 3.2 MTPA.

Mr. Prem Pushkar Varma

Mr Prem Pushkar Varma holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU.  He possesses rich experience spanning over 30 years in the steel industry. He has served public as well as private sector organizations in the steel sector.  He has vast practical, technical and administrative experience in operation and maintenance of all major units such as Coke Ovens, Blast furnace, Hot Strip Mill, Caster, Sinter, Pellet, RMHS etc.

He has been associated with the Dolvi Unit of JSW Steel Ltd. for about 14 years and played a vital role in establishing the pellet plant and sinter plant and capacity enhancement of Blast Furnace. Prior to this he was associated with SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant.

Mr. Hemendra Sharma 

Mr. Hemendra Sharma is an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India (ICFAI) and a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI. He is also a Cost & Management Accountant from ICMA. He has also done Advanced Diploma in Management from ICFAI and M.A and M.Phil in Economics. He has over 30 years of work experience in the Finance domain. Presently he is working as Head (Finance & Accounts) of JSW Steel Limited, Dolvi unit. Prior to joining JSW, he worked with Vedanta Group, a global diversified natural resources company, with operations across zinc-lead-silver, oil & gas, iron ore, copper, aluminum, and commercial power. He has extensive experience in Strategy, Stewardship, Business Partnering, and Building high-performance teams. He has core experience in corporate accounting & finance, M&A, projects, Treasury, fundraising, investment, Investor Relations, Budgeting, Planning and Performance Management, tax planning, Central Sales, Shared Services, Governance, and Controls.
